#LOI : ORDONNANCES TRAVAIL
La loi ratifiant les ordonnances Travail est publiée
Après son examen par le Conseil constitutionnel qui a validé, sauf exceptions, l’essentiel de ses dispositions (Cons. const., déc. n° 2018-761 DC, 21 mars 2018 : JO 31 mars 2018), la loi n° 2018-217 du 29 mars 2018 ratifiant diverses ordonnances prises pour le renforcement du dialogue social (dites « Ordonnances Macron ») a été publiée au Journal officiel.
Marquant la fin du processus de cette nouvelle réforme du droit du travail intervenue par voie d’ordonnances, ce texte de ratification confère désormais à leurs dispositions, ainsi qu’aux modifications qu’elle y a apportées, leur pleine valeur législative.
