#FISCAL : COTISATION FONCIÈRE DES ENTREPRISES
Base minimum de CFE
Le montant de la cotisation foncière des entreprises du principal établissement ne peut être inférieur à une cotisation minimum. Celle-ci est déterminée à partir d’une base dont le montant est fixé par le conseil municipal selon un barème revalorisé tous les ans.
Le barème de base minimum de CFE actualisé pour 2019 s’établit comme indiqué dans le tableau ci-après. Il pourra également s’appliquer à la cotisation de l’année 2020 si le conseil municipal adopte une délibération en ce sens avant le 1er octobre 2019.
