Nouvelles régles de recouvrement des cotisations chémage des intermittents du spectacle

L’application des règles de recouvrement des cotisations de sécurité sociale du régime général pour le recouvrement, par Pôle emploi, des contributions d’assurance chômage et cotisations AGS dues au titre des intermittents du cinéma, de l’audiovisuel, de la diffusion et du spectacle est reportée au 1er janvier 2012.

Ces contributions et cotisations demeurent recouvrées par Pôle emploi selon les règles applicables à l’assurance chômage jusqu’au 31 décembre 2011.
