LOI DE FINANCEMENT DE LA SÉCURITÉ SOCIALE 2013
La loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2013 a été définitivement adoptée par l’Assemblée nationale le 3 décembre 2012 et vient d’être validée par le Conseil constitutionnel, à l’exception de certaines mesures jugées non conformes à la Constitution (notamment la nouvelle taxe sur les boissons énergisantes) ou considérées comme des cavaliers budgétaires (Cons. const., 13 déc. 2012, déc. n° 2012-659 DC). En conséquence, elle devrait être très
prochainement publiée au Journal officiel.
